The Journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the general criteria of significance and scientific excellence. For this purpose, we would like to ask you to contribute your excellent papers in areas of Management Sciences, Leadership and Entrepreneurships. We encourage submission of innovative research papers, which we will be enhance the original articles in all areas of stated above

Review Process
The JC Afrique is a highly-selective, refereed journal. Manuscripts that appear in the journal articles section have been subjected to a tiered review process. This includes blind review by three or more members of the international editorial review board followed by a detailed review by the editors. Although feedback ordinarily will be given, the editors reserve the right to reject a manuscript for publication without a rationale for their decision.
Manuscript Requirements
JC Afrique is an online publication, specifically for the Management Sciences professionals. Please note that all submissions to this journal -- such as an article submission, peer-review of documents and editing requests, as well as replies to authors regarding the status of their submissions—will be handled electronically. The editorial staff of reserves the right to format and edit any submitted document as necessary to match the publishing guidelines of the journal.
An Appeal
JC Afrique considers only original and previously unpublished manuscripts for publication. We request authors not to submit manuscripts that are under consideration for publication elsewhere. If authors submit manuscripts, then JC Afrique pre-assumes that neither manuscript is under consideration for publication elsewhere nor its content is copied from any on-line/off-line source. To maintain the publication quality, we seek helps from respective authors and request them not to submit content that has already been published by someone else. It is the responsibility of the authors to take prior approval for copyrighted content from concern person/ authority before submitting manuscript and if it fails, then JC Afrique reserves the right to black list authors and dismiss publication of such paper.
Terms And Condition
Papers having any type of copy/paste material will not be entertained in JC Afrique. Also, if mistakenly published then it will be suspended with immediate effect.
JC Afrique request all authors not to submit same paper in Multiple journal.
Once the paper got accepted it cannot be withdrawn.
Refund And Cancellation
If the author had submitted extra amount than publication fee than the extra money will be deposited in the authors account in 15 working days.
